3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep the project on schedule
• Ensure all content provided to us (text, images, logos) does not infringe on third-party rights
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, and the remaining balance is due upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. XCorp retains the right to:

• Showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and code libraries used in the project
• Use general knowledge and techniques gained during the project for future work

6. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to the project scope after work has begun may require a revised proposal and timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

XCorp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate a project, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. XCorp reserves the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met or if these terms are violated.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
